Most repairs are completed on-site in our Jackson studio, allowing us to personally oversee the process. In some cases, we work with a trusted repair specialist we’ve collaborated with for over 20 years.

Typical turnaround is 3–4 weeks, though expedited options are available — especially for upcoming celebrations. Stop by the store for a complimentary evaluation. In some cases, we may ask to keep the item briefly so our jewelers can inspect it with experienced eyes.
